After triage, we were moved to a second, locked waiting room with no reentry. After doctor consultation and X-rays, we were left in this no reentry area. The area has no bathroom, help desk, or way to get back in without asking another patient or family member to wait and open the door. After multiple hours following x-ray, the doctor finally came out and gave verbal results, and instructed us to wait for another person to give us discharge paperwork, with no indicated time frame. I only trust the team at this downtown location when I’m in serious need in medical that urgent can’t do fully. The ER Dr Swenton and whole team on all recent visits. Exceptional care and thought for me as an individual and listened to my needs. Thank you God bless
