First time in 60+ year for an overnight stay. Staff was fantastic from housekeeping, cafeteria, to the Dr's and most importantly the Nurses, Thanks for taking care of me.
I have never been treated so horribly by a doctor before. Doctor Lenord, treated me like a drug seeker and said he didn’t care if I went home and suffered! The nurse didn’t advocate for me or say anything! I pulled out my own IV! Do not go here!
Hours shown here M-Th til 5p. I walked in at 3:10p for lab work and a sign at first window said labs close at 3:00p. I got an “I’m sorry “. ADJUST ADVERTISED TIMES or adjust service times.
I've been going to you all for about 10 years now...and I'm very happy to see you have finally adequately staffed your front desk and phlebotomists with professional people! I've made this request before, but can you please pay your phlebotomists a better wage...I was disheartened to hear your front desk people make more money than they do!! Just isn't right!!
Just an overall bad experience. I was treated so poorly that I felt like an animal. They also misdiagnosed me with TB and sent me on a money spending spree with tests just to say I do not have it. If you have to go here please be cautious of the people around you.
