I had the best care,everyone was so nice.
My dad has been to Baptist twice in the past week for a heart cath. What has been so stressful for our family, was such a wonderful experience. Katie, Brandy, Noel, and Chris are just a few of the incredible nurses who cared for us. Not only did they care for my dad, they cared for our whole family. The front desk, lab, registration, cafe workers, pharmacy staff…all exceptional. Whoever is building culture in this hospital, is doing it right. Thank you for caring for us.
This place sucks, the lady at the front desk was super rude, we asked a simple question and she couldn’t even be nice to help us out with that, I can’t believe that they allow people this negative to work at the front.
