I want to start by saying that Baptist Hospital has always been my preferred hospital. My primary care doctor, cardiologist, and most of my care are all within the Baptist network. While today wasn’t a terrible experience, I do think there is room for improvement. The positives: Porsha, the ER triage nurse, and Kacey, my ER nurse, were phenomenal. I wish I would have read the reviews about their ER, I have CHF and was having shortness of breath and chest pains and nauseated,I went to the ER and the experience was horrible, I sat there for 4.5 hours and watched several patients walk in and walk out and I finally had decided to come home and self medicate myself I knew that I have fluid on my heart and in my lungs obviously not urgent enough to be seen by a physician, I highly recommend not to go to this ER if you have an urgent emergency,you could die in their waiting ... read more

The attention to detail and care that was given to during my stay at Baptist Hospital was excellent. The staff was very knowledgeable about my health issues, went the extra mile to make sure I was ok before I had to leave to have my procedure done. I would like to thank everyone involved during my care from the checking staff, to the nurses, doctors, and technicians.
