I went to the er at 3 am I was in so much pain I couldn't sit or walk I waits for8 hours for someone to see Me and the nurse I saw was rude she didn't care I will NEVER go back there again
My mother had surgery a week ago from this review. The process between check-in, blood work, waiting, prep, and surgery was incredibly smooth and efficient. Everyone was pleasant and nice. Then, we came to the ER because of general feeling of sickness 6 days post op - prior to our follow up- and the ER was clean, fast, and everyone was kind. Especially, Carlos, RN. He was hilarious and sweet. The reason I’m taking time to make this review. Love the new Baptist hospital. May it continue to thrive for years to come.

First time I've ever been admitted to a hospital. Nice facility.
Their billing department is the world's worst. Lost my application for financial assistance, billing me for visits I paid for at time of service, lying billing reps telling me the bills will be put on hold until I apply for aid, then someone else yelling me that's not true. There is no way to aggregate large bills and get one payment plan. Each bill must have a separate payment plan. When I said I was mailing a check they told me it woulds take 3 WEEKS to process it.
