They were great to start. Very helpful. Then after being forced, (no local doctor established yet, so order was from another state) to see the medical director we were told my husband didn't qualify for home health. He HAD to go to a facility for a problem he's had for FIVE YEARS!!!! Saw the doctor 3 business days, 5 total days, ago and DID NOT ADDRESS the issue we were there for. This team is so caring and treated my mother and I like family. They were very thorough and made sure I was informed on everything. They are never rushed and very observing. They take their time and evaluate everything. The nurses always asks if there is anything that we need to make sure we have everything. They call ahead of time and always on time. My dad passed in October of last year and had Baptist Hospice. My dad and the entire family looked forward to seeing the nurse come give him a bath and he always felt better and relaxed when she left. The other nurse was so helpful dealing with the medication which had to be increased often. Everyone worked together to prepare us and support us during a horrible time. I highly recommend them.

We were so pleased with our care that we received through Baptist hospice. The nurses and staff was so kind and caring. Both parents was blessed to have the services they provided. We highly recommend them. Even after the death of both parents they keep in touch with us to see how we are going. They are wonderful caring organization
