CRAPPY SERVICE! Doctors come in and said he was going to start my mother on medication but never placed the order??WTH !!! Nurses are lazy! Only had one extremely great CNA named Shannon that worked on night shift on 11-09-19 that was nice and helpful and caring and finally got my mother something to eat at midnight last night after staying on the nurse to call and get a diet order since it was cancelled from change of shift after one doctor said she could eat. Went in for a broken foot, told me I had a sprained ankle and paperwork for a heart attack and stroke. SMH 🙄
Just waited on a scheduled ultrasound for 45 minutes. 6 other people waiting—2 were for over 2 hours with stat orders. I was checking on a possible blood clot. No one came in to tell any of us how late we would have to wait. Sent my husband to find out. No answer at first from ultrasound except they were busy with emergencies. Well 2 emergencies were in with me! Had to leave as no one came as promised.
