They used to be a good hospital, but I don’t know what happened. I went there hoping to get real help for my issue, but they didn’t seem to take it seriously. All they gave me was naproxen, which didn’t address the problem or make me feel any better. It felt like they didn’t really try to find out what was wrong or help me get better. It’s disappointing to see the quality of care go downhill like this.
Go downtown this location is dismal imo. They will change their mo the second another government organization is involved. Deeply concerning processes and admin. Especially the case managers
