This place has some of the most caring and professional people I've met in a long time and they have helped my son more than they know my son has uncontrolled epilepsy with severe anxiety and we have been turned down by more doctors in the past years that I can count finally today we found a miracle and that is Aaron and Allison so that would be two miracles they have given us hope we were about out I thank God for this place and the people.
Was 3 days before returning my call. Finally I just made an appt. The morning of the appt a gal calls me and leaves a message. I call back n tell her a few sentences and immediately sends me to the nurse without even letting g me finish my sentence. Back n forth. EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional.
Horrifyingly awful experience. A covid test the decided to label as a doctors visit to scam people into paying $75. No budging from their billing department. I will not only never visit a baptist health again, but I will drag their name through the dirt. Money is more important than anything to them.
