I contacted their advocate line.They said they read my health record as if that would address my issues with them.no investigation no one contacted me.they don't care and their none investigation proved it

I would not recommend Baptist Springhill Medical Center. My mother trusted our healt physician assigned to this hospital provide excellent quality healthcare. She was admitted to the ER by ambulance two times in one day. Both Physicians on duty denied my mother the medical attention required, when they both failed to properly evaluated her inflammatory bilateral knee pain, she was misdiagnose with arthritis, discharge within hours. I went to the ER last night and waited 4.5 hours in the waiting room. The triage was done in less than an hour. Unfortunately they did not seem to take my pain or discomfort seriously. The gentleman working seemed very dismissive of me like he didnt care or believe that i was in that much pain. I had been throwing up and had diarrhea for 3 days already. I first went there about six to eight years ago. At first things worked, but as my problem worsened, they started saying what I couldn't have rather what might help. Just the opposite of what I might expect of a doctor.

The front office staff here is extremely difficult and noncommunicative. I originally called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Tobey and was told it wasn't possible. After I poked and prodded, I learned that she was leaving the practice. That's no problem! I then scheduled an appointment with Dr. Hagen and started seeing her. I found out on a Little Rock facebook group that Dr. Hagen was leaving the practice too. I have had two procedures done at Baptist Health Medical Center-Conway that I had to stay overnight and received excellent care from the time I entered the hospital until the time I went home. I was treated with dignity and care by everyone. Thanks very much!!!! Larry Curran Conway, Arkansas

My mother was admitted and Discharge two times in one Day. Grey lied about running blood work. The ER killed my mother.
