I had my first appointment with Dr. Burton this morning and she was the sweetest lady. She listened to me and believed me when I told her what I had been dealing with. For the first time today I felt like there is HOPE. Her and her nurse both treated me gently and with such compassion. I look forward to our appointments in the future. If you’re a woman and you’ve had some not so great experiences with healthcare in the past or have dealt with any sort of trauma, I encourage you to give this clinic and Dr. Burton a try. I fel... read more

The care I have received here has been appropriate and compassionate. I have been treated with respect as a woman and I have been given the correct diagnosis as well as detailed instructions on how to manage my condition as well as how to use my prescription correctly. I have felt welcomed to contact them if I had any questions or concerns. I feel safe and valued when I come to my appointments. This is not something I have experienced at other medical establishments as a woman in the state of Arkansas. I never feel pressured... read more

IC/PFD SUFFERERS – Go elsewhere. They will make you wait to use the bathroom until after the doctor visit, even though pain and urgency is the very problem that brings us in. How can you talk to the dr. when you are sweating and sick feeling from having to go so badly? They don’t offer lidocaine before inserting a cath like they do a AR Urology. It felt like they held a burning match to me. When I cried from pain, they couldn’t escape the room fast enough and simply put the suicide hotline number on my paperwork. I downloade... read more

I was referred to Ms. Burton from a local gynecologist in Jonesboro, AR. While I do agree that having to wait to be examined with a full bladder is painful it also gives the doctors the measurements they are needing to help identify and correct the issue. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The doctor herself was very knowledgeable and understanding. Other than having to hold a full bladder it was a very informational visit.
