Service received was fine. Clean facility, friendly people, what you would expect from such a nice new facility. BUT BEWARE: If you don't have a copay insurance plan, Baptist Health will bill your insurance like a hospital, not an urgent care. This means the same service you would receive at any of the many urgent care options in Plantation will be billed like you went to the hospital and the costs will be reflected as such. $720 for the same exact service (provider visit, Covid test, Flu test, Strep test) that cost me $100 ... read more
The staff was courteous, professional & expeditious in evaluation & treatment. Very empathetic of the medical situation! Very pleasant experience!
