Patient Experience – I had only one visit at Baptist Urgent Care. The doctor was horrific. He was the rudest person I have come across in a very long time. Not only was his behavior unprofessional but his demeanor was borderline traumatic. He didnt even look at me when he came into the room. He didn't introduce himself. He didn't shake my hand. Dr. Amy Davis is the WORST doctor I have ever had!!!! – I have had Fibromyalgia for many years. I recently moved to Louisville, KY and could no longer see my primary care physician. I went to Dr. Amy F. Davis when going through one of the worst Fibromyalgia attacks of my life. She took me off of my Lexapro and put me on Savella. The medicine made me ten times worse. Doctors are good, Support staff non-caring – I like and respect my doctor, Dr. Copley, he saved my life. He ran a PSA while i was in my 40's and found cancer before it was out of control. They reacted very quickly to my elevated PSA i was at the urologist the day after my blood work had come back. i have or my family members have gone to Dr.'s Wright, O'Brian, and Dunaway and have had very good expriences with all they would all get 4 to 5 stars. Not proper buisness practice – I was referal to do a physical exam on chest X ray. My physician put down reason as Cough actually I did not have. I called the insurance company and they told me that the x ray is covered by annual exam. The reason that I requested because these days the physical exam is really only simple test and no more - no urine test etc. But findally they charged me with about $118 and considered as diagnostic - they told me that hospital did not do physical exam even they signed contract with insurance.... read more

Poor at best – I had problems with the billing department. When I called to get things straightened out, the woman talked over me, and insisted she was right. She was outright disrespectful. If you value customer service, do not go here.
Just bad business – So I called to get my annual checkup. The receptionist ends up scheduling me for a "regular appointment" which happened not to be covered by insurance. Then I call billing to try to get the problem fixed, and they won't hear it. I write a page long letter trying to explain things and get back a one sentence reply telling me to pay my bill when they screwed up. I thought the customer was always right. Not here though. Avoid the Rudeness – They do not EVER return voicemail, staff is RUDE, and uncaring. Highly recommend staying away from this office!
Great Preschool The Laurel School in Trumbull is a great preschool. They keep the children extremely active and happy, have caring and dedicated teachers, and the kids always seem to come home smiling. My nephew has attended this preschool and we enjoyed all the sories, crafts and activities he would share with us at the end of the day. I would send another child to this program without a doubt. PROS: good staff, fun activities CONS: expensive care
