My first day there was fine, I went in for skin TB test, went I returned for reading is when everything flips. The nurse who did my reading was not nice at all. The minute she sees my result, she rushed out of the room as soon as she can to point where I can't even explain to her the symptoms I am experiencing as the at that moment. This is the best Urgent Treatment i’ve ever been to. A doctor from my primary care did not spend this much time with me. I was diagnosed and treated. Every person i came in contact with was friendly and caring. They all seemed to care about helping people.A +++
The lady who “took” care of me was rude. Asked the same questions over , several times like she didn’t believe anything I said. It felt like I was being put down. I should have said something then but I was sick and embarrassed by these actions. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!
I am so grateful to this team of providers for so gently and patiently taking care of my 5 year old who has a mild ankle/foot sprain. Our check in person was warm and helpful, and our clinical team- Shelbie, Carla, and Dr. Smith were phenomenal. We also enjoyed the ocean sound machine and the coloring books. Thank you all for everything. ❤️
