Great place we use when we have something that can't wait until a weekday. Everyone there very professional and thorough. Have always had good results when going there. Took my husband and he is feeling much better after being seen and prescribed the correct med''s.
From the time I walked into this UTC, I felt safe and cared for. The ladies at the front desk were kind and my visit was quick. Nurse Megan made me feel so cared for and comforted while I was feeling so yucky! She brought my water and made sure I was comfortable during my wait. A literal angel! The doctor’s bedside manners were great and he gave me space to ask questions and I didn’t feel rushed out of there. Thank you Baptist Health for being great!
This is the Best Urgent Care Center! Thanks to All working there!
In the past I felt like they always took good care of me but now that I am a medicare patient I feel like they don't give a crap. If you're 65 or older don't go there.
