Have been with Dr. Oneil for about 2 1/2 years, he is extremely kind and takes the patients suggestions about their health into consideration when creating a care plan. I've also had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Melissa Packwood and Nathalie Weis with behavioral health and both are fantastic. Very knowledgeable and very willing to answer questions and explain things in detail with you while making you feel very comfortable. Most of the providers here really care for their patients

Update: Baptist cares SOOOO much about this that they reached out once, said some bs promised to rectify and never reached out again. I came to this urgent care with classic UTI symptoms and told the provider, Tammy Vogt, that I had taken AZO before my urine test. Despite this, and despite her reviewing test results from two weeks ago that were completely normal, I was made to believe I could have a serious liver problem based on a false positive urine bilirubin result and was sent to the ER. I came to this urgent care with classic UTI symptoms and told the provider, Tammy Vogt, that I had taken AZO before my urine test. Despite this, and despite her reviewing test results from two weeks ago that were completely normal, I was made to believe I could have a serious liver problem based on a false positive urine bilirubin result and was sent to the ER. They'll late bill you $300 for facility charges that weren't included in the original bill or quoted to you anywhere else. They billed us a year later an extra $300 for a routine visit.
