I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Baptist Health Surgery Center Breckenridge. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness and professionalism. I really loved the doctors and nurses here. The nurse today working was exceptionally good at her job. I had to receive a Covid test, and barely even felt the swab!! I have had it hurt my nose very badly before, so she truly has a soft touch and I appreciated it very much. The Doctor was also very polite. He was to the point, caring, and just was an overall very good experience. Also, loved the person at the front desk. My grandmother in law had a clear case of shingles (that I could recognize as a Pediatrician) and was sent to the Baptist ED from UC due to concern for eye involvement. Not only were they the last to be seen by others who appeared to be lower acuity, but the ED provider told her it was impetigo (incorrect) and sent a prescription for amoxicillin (also, incorrect management).
