I went in today and got dismissed by the attending physician. My health concern was not addressed only becuase i recoiled in pain around the affected area. I know I'm in pain, thats why I came in. My actual provider for this condition is BOOOKED months in advance and has no way of addressing my concern. I came to urgent care to recieve urgent care for my isssue, not to be dimissed and not treated by the attending provider. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Baptist Health Surgery Center Breckenridge. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness and professionalism. I really loved the doctors and nurses here. The nurse today working was exceptionally good at her job. I had to receive a Covid test, and barely even felt the swab!! I have had it hurt my nose very badly before, so she truly has a soft touch and I appreciated it very much. The Doctor was also very polite. He was to the point, caring, and just was an overall very good experience. Also, loved the person at the front desk.
