I was referred to this facility and had my first appointment on August 29th for severe shoulder pain. They told me I had to wait for insurance approval, but no one called me back for over a week. I called several times and they never answered or returned messages. When I finally reached someone, I was told my insurance didn’t approve, later I found out this was false. My roommate Alvin Singleton had neck therapy about one month ago there. Erin was his therapist and he was so pleased with her. She made him feel comfortable. She went above and beyond to help him. All of the staff were wonderful. Thank you Erin for your support. Keep that great attitude!
