I never post on reviews but this is the worse hospital ever not professional at all doctors all they do is guess waiting time is ridiculous I was never diagnostic left worse than I came All employees working on 1/24/25 are guessing is just the flu pain was never treated on the emergency room I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS EMERGENCY ROOM

Unbelievable, waited 5 hrs in the ER, so when you first go in they screen you really fast, then they send you back out into the lobby with other patients, I sat in the corner by myself trying to escape Covid Patients, the thing is you don't know who they are, at least divide possible Covid and broken bone patients 😭😭😭😭😭, they have everyone sitting together, I walked out I could not do it they all talk about their kids and husband's like come on can we just get this done already🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡 they are.
Baptist did nothing to help me when I found a lump. I found a lump in 2016 and they shrugged it off that it was nothing. Would not help find a way to get a biopsy because I was self paid. And then I paid 15 K out-of-pocket to have them removed a lump that became the size of an avocado. Turned out it was cancer. Stage III breast cancer. If they took me seriously years prior I would not had to go through any of the things I did. Fairly quick to be seen, all the test were run but they never really explained what the actual problem was or what It could be. Went in for chest pain they told me I was basically fine. So I left with the same chest pains. And a blood work test and xray, saw the Doc once and was told He'd return to explain more but never came back. And I was released.The Dr on duty at the time could be more attentive
