From the moment I checked into the facility to the moment I was discharged, my surgery experience was amazing. The surgery center is immaculate and each staff member and nurses attended to all my needs and made me comfortable and relaxed. The anesthesiologist explained everything clearly to me and answered any questions I had including my husband.

I had outstanding care at the outpatient surgery center. The nurses were professional, caring, and focused on my needs. From the warmed blanket to remembering that I joked about my coffee craving, which one RN brought to me while in recovery, every nurse I interacted with made the experience easier. The anesthesiologist who spoke with me before surgery was very positive, listened well, and didn’t rush. He explained in detail what would be involved regarding my anesthesia. I hsd several phone calls from your staff regarding my “surgery“. With arrival time at 6:00 am at Bethesda West Hospital looking for outpatient Surgery. Only to find out it is at a different “Surgical Outpaient“ at 2500 feet away and I had to walk half a mile before heart surgery in the total dark and a thru a canal only to find out it doesn't open till 7:00 AM why after 5 phone calls. Jessica didn’t once give me physical correct address or time ???? Inept!
