Their online banking system is always glitching. I make extra payments and they send me late notices and charge late fees. When they call to explain that it’s a system error, they call right before they close so you can’t call them back. It takes over 5 business days to transfer money into their banks. They’re quick to report you to the credit bureaus even though they have glitches and make errors.

Heading is incorrect. Should be Lynn Cancer Institute in Boca. I have a very difficult case of metastasized prostate cancer that is proving hard to control. But, I feel confident that Dr Spencer, NP Paige, and their support staff are giving me the best possible most up-to-date relevant treatment. Just as important to me is the personal care they give me as a patient. Every time I interact with them I am treated as if I am family.

Beware of late payment posts, glitches in the system where payments disappear and then reappear, and a bunch of overdraft late fees. I have never had an issue with baptist federal credit union if anything nothing but great things but they're starting to become like wellsfargo and BOA where they steal your money with late fees. There system charges late fees when it deems fit. Even when you deposit funds immediately it does not matter. Extremely upset. Ive been charged $110 overdraft fees

There's always someone there to help you in time of need. Everyone is very polite and helpful. I've been a member for many years and don't have any regrets.
