Great place they allowed my family to stay with family member in the hospital
I had spinal surgery and was a paraplegic now I can walk with a cane
After having a stroke on 11/22/17 and upon being discharged from inpatient status at another hospital/rehab on 12/11/17, I began outpatient therapy at Baptist Therapy. They gave me my life back! Very knowledgeable and professional! My therapist were all so nice and so encouraging! They gave me the ability to function again! Thank you!!!
My father had a stroke on 12/27 and was moved to BHRI on 12/29. The staff at this place were incredible. I was so impressed with the exercises they had him do which related to his occupation in order to get his right hand working again so that he will be able to return to work. He is getting to go home before the projected date and I really believe it is because of the wonderful care and therapy he got here. I would recommend BHRI to anyone.
Two things... #1 over a 17,000 bill got paided in full by Baptist because one of there aids Miss Handle me £ hurt me worst than I was.... They tried there best not to let me fill out a report. Only action was taken was he was not allowed in my room anymore. Which they tried to get me to change my mind on that.... #2 I had unlimited Rehab on my insurance and they would not trying to perk progressed me because of that and keep me there longer than expected.
What a horrible experience with exception to a few of the employees. So unorganized and made our life total hell to try and tie up all the loose ends constantly. So incompetent it's unbelievable. Also the room was filthy the day my mom moved in. I should've known it was going to be bad when I seen the room on the first day. The rehab fscility in basment level is really nice and this place could really be top notch. So so sad.
From the nursing staff to housekeeping, the therapy staff as well as the food service, being treated very well! A few food items could use improvement, but most of the menu is awesome! ��
