I enter the empty lab waiting room with no staff in sight; a women rushes around the corner to her window and asks “ARE YOU HERE FOR A LAB??” “Yes?”. “SIGN HERE!” and disappears. Dr Campbell is a wonderful doctor, She actually listens to what I say and does not dismiss it , I am so glad that she is my doctor now , I highly recommend her , And her staff , they are always kind to me
Worst place I've ever been to for Healthcare. I wouldn't take a pet here. A lot of people say that the hospital in Richmond is nothing more than a band aid station and if you have a serious problem, go to Lexington. Same thing here. The providers don't know what they are doing. Laken Runnels was my provider. Very stuck up, didn't listen to me, didn't know what she was doing, very slow calling in refills and had a complete lack of empathy. Another provider there lied to my face. Dr. Campbell is amazing. Listens to everything I say and takes every patient seriously. Has helped solved issues I have had for many many years. If you call and get Jade on the phone she will help you with any problem. Extremely kind and competent.
Friendly staff. Dr. Culver was wonderful with my daughter.
