Doctor canceled my annual check up less than a week from my appointment. I had issues to address. Neither new appointment nor a sick visit time was available until 2 months from now. After i complained they scheduled a sick visit with another doctor who was in the rush and was not even able to give me refills on prescriptions I routinely take. I had such a positive experience at my PCP’s office today. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The receptionist was very kind and patient, and the nurses were just as caring and attentive. Dr. Jose really took the time to listen to me and explain things in a way I could understand. I never felt rushed, and I genuinely felt that everyone cared about my well-being. I left feeling very pleased with the care I received. Thank you to the entire team!
