seen a doctor in this office, stepped away due to no one reading my bloodwork, wanted to give them another chance, and the OFFICE MANAGER would not allow me to make a appointment with the dr. until i gave her the reason i left the first time. to me that is none of her business. that is between me and the doctor i was seeing, not the OFFICE MANAGER. Don’t go to Lynn Bowling at the therapy office I’ve known her for a long time and today she had the decency to tell me in therapy that I’m going to hell and she shamed me for my depression and negative thoughts even for talking to a trusted person from church who said I can reach out to him if I ever needed to talk and my therapist shamed me for that too.

Was one minute late in the time frame they refused to see me, I had never been late before I could understand if it was a common thing but I had mistaken the time for my appointment. That was completely my fault but one minute late and they didn’t even try to accommodate or help me. I felt terrible! I love Dr Briggs but do not like the staff at all! I told them someone would be calling to get my records, I signed the paper and they have sent me 15 emails/messages asking where they need to send my records and then mailed them... read more
