This is a review of Dr Todd, not Lexington clinic surgery center and their staff, who were absolutely top notch. Dr Todd on the other hand...just wow. I waited 2.5 hours past my appointment time for my stent to be removed. Dr Todd did not come to me in pre-op and explain the procedure. (Something that's legally required.) I was taken back to the cystocopy suite where two wonderful nurses greeted me. One nurse inserted the catheter with lidocaine to numb me before the doctor removed the stent. The place is amazing. They are very welcoming. They try to get u in and out as fast as possible. Dr. Conley is super friendly, helpful, and through. She wants u to feel better as quickly as possible. You leave feeling like she is more ur friend then ur dr. She is very knowledgeable and answers are ur questions. Even with other patients waiting, she does not leave u till she has answered all ur questions and concerns. The receptionist that checks you out is wonderful. Very patient, friendly, and kind. There are a myriad of issues within this office. The main issues being lack of management of care of patient protocols, staying on top of the issues created by their care, and fragile egos amongst a few of the providers. If you wish to be informed about your care and intend to occasionally ask questions regarding concerns about your plan of care I'd highly suggest finding care elsewhere. A few months back, I changed urologists and was given an appointment with Genna Sadler. I'm so glad that I did! She's great! Much more open & informative than my previous Dr & pleasant to deal with.
I am writing to express my ongoing concerns with the quality of care I have received from Baptist Health Urology since my provider was switched to Genna Saddler. Unfortunately, I have encountered numerous issues, particularly related to the management of my medication refills, which have significantly impacted my quality of life.
