I been going to Capital Family for 30 years. I love my NP Chris Means. She saved my life! I had stage three ovarian cancer. She made sure I got the best care! Now that Baptist Health took over. I will look for another doctor. Some of the staff act like they are inconvenienced to even be there. Some of the receptionist are rude. I had a recent referral to see a orthopedic doctor, I will not mention his name. However he needs some bedside manners. Not happy how my blood work was done. Also, I had to pay for a hep c test (how is that a routine test? That was an unnecessary test she probably ordered to make Baptist Health more money) I did not consent to take. I thought and assumed all of my blood work was preventative and would be properly covered by my insurance since it was for my annual, but no. Beware! They should have bundled all of my blood work coding wise but they did not and cost me more money. Dr. Haddix did almost all of the same bloodwork for me three years... read more
