A little convoluted in finding you providers office,even the office next door had no idea where pain management was located other than "in here somewhere ". If you're handicapped try to avoid the upper level of the parking lot. The steps are dangerously steep and if mobility challenged be prepared for a long journey to the front door.

This place is a joke playing with peoples Health I called the day before n scheduled appointment for 2pm 🕑. But for some reason they cancelled n wasted my time !!
If there were zero stars, I would give that. Don’t waste your time or money with this group. Scheduling is very inefficient, with long waits for both virtual and in-person visits. The provider does not give enough information to help you understand a new diagnosis—you’re left to figure it out on your own. You feel like just a number for insurance billing rather than a patient.
I was there to see a specialist, Dr. Rosenstein, who is an endocrinologist. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The nurse who took my history and my vital signs was friendly and caring. Dr. Rosenstein was caring and kind. We went over my history and medications and discussed possible changes to my medications. He answered all my questions and made me feel like I had a say it my care. It felt like we were a team making decisions together. I truly enjoyed the visit and felt informed and understood.
