I was referred to Dr.Chesnokova by my primary care provider for a breast reduction surgery. I visited the doctors office twice before my procedure doctor. While the lady I initially talked to was great and friendly, I was not satisfied with the communication. I have an approval letter from my insurance that my arm and thigh lift are deemed medically necessary and will be covered under my plan. Right before my appointment, I was told my copay for a "cosmetic consultation" is $200. This is not cosmetic and is considered medically necessary. Everyone from the front desk to the back of the office is amazing , helpful and knowledge is beyond incredible. I got a breast reduction and , couldn't of asked for a better doctor to make sure I knew how they'd look, how the process would go. Again on surgery day, go over again how things would go. I appreciate the kindness, the wonderful reduction she gave me. I do recommend this office , for your confedence.

Staff and Dr. Fensterer were amazing!! I had a nevous sebaceous removed from the scalp which took several surgeries over the span of two years as it took up close to a third of my scalp, consisting of skin graphs, lesion removal, scalp expander, and rotation of the scalp. I was told I was going to be covered by insurance and then received a bill for $1600. Have called the office at least 4 times over the last 2 weeks trying to get answers. I have been passed around between the office and billing. I was told the practice manager was going to call me but she never called. Called back, they said she is working on it and will contact you Friday. Again no call back. Now it is the next week on Tuesday and I had to leave a message.
