While the lady I initially talked to was great and friendly, I was not satisfied with the communication. I have an approval letter from my insurance that my arm and thigh lift are deemed medically necessary and will be covered under my plan. Right before my appointment, I was told my copay for a "cosmetic consultation" is $200. This is not cosmetic and is considered medically necessary. Everyone from the front desk to the back of the office is amazing , helpful and knowledge is beyond incredible. I got a breast reduction and , couldn't of asked for a better doctor to make sure I knew how they'd look, how the process would go. Again on surgery day, go over again how things would go. I appreciate the kindness, the wonderful reduction she gave me. I do recommend this office , for your confedence.

Staff and Dr. Fensterer were amazing!! I had a nevous sebaceous removed from the scalp which took several surgeries over the span of two years as it took up close to a third of my scalp, consisting of skin graphs, lesion removal, scalp expander, and rotation of the scalp. I was hesitant at first but Dr. Fensterer reassured me time after time the process and that I was in good hands and now a year later I couldn’t be more happier with the results. I was told I was going to be covered by insurance and then received a bill for $1600. Have called the office at least 4 times over the last 2 weeks trying to get answers. I have been passed around between the office and billing. I was told the practice manager was going to call me but she never called. Called back, they said she is working on it and will contact you Friday. Again no call back. Now it is the next week on Tuesday and I had to leave a message. Front desk ladies are amazing. They make me laugh. So down to earth and welcoming. The office is very clean, 100% recommend. Dr. Fensterer is not only beautiful, but she explains everything before she does it clearly, ask if I have any questions to make sure I understand what's about to be done, and she herself has a little sense of humor. She performed a double mastectomy, one cut from left to right, with nipple graphing. I am 2 week healing, and I couldn't be more happier with her work. She and her team are amazing!
