This group is most sensitive, patient, thorough and knowledgeable. The entire staff is professional and caring. Doctors are excellent and staff members are kind and considerate.
We just had an appointment at 1:00 pm and were told to be at clinic 15 minutes earlier. The front desk were not available. And Melissa the front desk employee at 4001 Kresge way Ortho surgery group was so rude when we nicked at the door and let us outside the waiting area and closed the door to the waiting area, saying she had to take lunch. We were not even allowed to sit in the waiting area and were standing outside in the hallway the entire time.
