When I went in there to get my IUD removed, I had a doctor and a nurse talking crap about me in front of the door about how dramatic I was because I was scared This place is so unprofessional. I wouldn’t be shocked if they talk crap about every patient.
I had my baby yesterday and I can’t say enough good things about the care i received from the start of my pregnancy to delivery. I went in for a routine appointment that turned into a surprise hospital admission. Between Dr. Land, Dr. Foster and Dr. Holbrook I truly believe they saved my sons life and probably ultimately mine. I had a very intense labor, but am thankful for the attention to my health and babies health and the communication about what was happening and what we were doing as it was happening. Poor communication
Most poorly organized and operated medical office. They schedule surgery, then reschedule and change over and over only to show up at the hospital at the “new” time where you wait and wait for hours for a simple outpatient procedure. Will never use this group again and suggest patients go to Lexington.
I called today to make an appointment and I spoke with Emily from the Louisville Kentucky Baptist call center. I am leaving a review about the lady who answered the phone . She was so very helpful with answering my questions and made making my appointment very easy . Moving to a new town can be hard and finding new doctors can be even harder but she was very helpful . Thank you Emily for taken the time to help me today it was much appreciated. I am looking forward to becoming a patient with Baptist Health Richmond Ky
