I went to this office through multiple years of infertility, saw Dr. Richardson, love her 10/10, but I will not go back to Baptist after my experience through pregnancy. My first ever pregnancy appointment was in 23 with the nurse practitioner and the experience was horrible. She confirmed my I had been infertile for for X amount of years and then proceeded to offer testing in case my babies had special needs and I'd have time to abort them. Dr Edwards and his team went above and beyond for me and my husband during my 2nd pregnancy. They were so compassionate and attentive to make sure this birth went much smoother than my last. From prenatal visits to postpartum, we had a terrific experience.
Best experience I’ve had with a provider. Cannot recommend Dr. Per enough, and I’m very happy I was able to go to Baptist Health.
I went to that clinic in May 2023 and gave the office the info for my two medical insurances. Almost a year later, in April 2024, the office contacted me stating that my insurance did not cover the visit and I had to call both insurance companies. I did call and verified which one was the secondary and which one was the primary insurance. Now the Baptist Health company sent me a bill to pay for that visit which is over 500 dollars.
