I was at Baptist Health ER on 2/11/26. The care was outstanding! Dr. Steele took the time to listen to what I was saying. The nurses (except for one) were all kind and compassionate. I was assigned a case manager, Cheryl who was wonderful. Radiology was great. I cannot say enough good things about this experience. This hospital really knows how to treat patients. During a procedure, I told her whatever she's doing HURT. She continued as if deaf ( a spinal nerve ablation) now I'm having trouble with my legs and it's difficult to walk. My previous doc, Dr Block who moved to Cincinnati did my previous one , without hurting me and I was pain free for multiple years.
This might be the most ridiculous experience in healthcare I have experienced. They made it so hard to get an appointment. I thought I had done my due diligence before even contacting them, but no. My doctor recommended them so I got online and filled out the paperwork required before they will set up an appointment. They called me while I was out of town and said they could not set an appointment without having a copy of my insurance card. Bad experience, would not recommend
My Mother was there 8-16-2024 until 8-19-2024 and I want to acknowledge the amazing heroic nurses that cared for her. From the ER to the admission floors. Michael and another were so good to her in the ER. The only name I have forgotten is Michaels partner that night, he was great. NURSES UPSTAIRS.620 room SHRIJANA, FRIEDA, AND SHERRY, AYONI IN 3110 ROOM. PHILLIP, KAITLYN, CARLEE, TRACY. DR. UMANT AND DR. JOHNATHAN RAY WERE WONDERFUL TO HER AND US. Just wanted to say thank u for the wonderful care my daughter received By the all the Drs and Nurses especially Chuck in CCU on our first night there I usually not one to write reviews one way or another but everyone was so Thoughtful with my daughter care I had to at least Say Thank you
Great Doctor, very knowledgeable and professional.
Went there they put me in a dirty room an I never got to see a real dr just a nurse
