Came in ER with undiagnosed and untreated diabetes. Nurses and staff were so INCREDIBLY helpful. Julie took her time to teach us about the disease and even taught us how to administer the insulin before we left. All of our nurses were great!!
I came in 8/17 and 8/18 to the emergency room for a serious concern. I sat for 5 hours without even getting called back on the 17th and on the 18th I sat for 5 hours that day, they called me to the back to take blood which I found out later was for a DRUG TEST! I don’t do drugs, never gave them an inclination that I could be on drugs. I was so offended. A nurse by the name of Katelyn Caldwell approached me. She was loud and aggressive towards me. Brought my son here for an emergency. It's been 2 hrs. Triage and blood drawn and that's it. I will NOT recommend this place to the next person...smh
I was admitted because I was in severe pain. The second day I was there, I was told I needed a procedure for my gallbladder. I informed them in Emergency that I was a cancer patient. My oncologist said she was never informed that I was admitted. The second day when I was coming out of the bathroom, someone was there to take me down for a procedure.
