Kate in the emergency room who was intially responsible for my mother who was suffering from a 10 cm dermoid cyst on her ovary was extremely rude and dismissive to my mother and my family. Staff are good. Wait times and severe lack of communication are troubling and criminal 9pm to 1am and we are still waiting. We will not be back to this hospital ever
I have no idea why this Place has such a low rating. I had an excellent experience from the time I walked through the door to admissions, housekeepers, kitchen staff, LPNS, RNs, PT, Surgical Staff, PCTs, Discharge and of course my Surgeon ❤️ were ALL FABULOUS!! The Smiley Faces all through the halls made it Pleasant! A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL Staff that treated me. Very Grateful for ALL your hard work! You’re appreciated by me and my family ❤️
If there was an option for a zero star rating, that's exactly what y'all would have got. Worst hospital I've been to in a long time. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Do not bring your loved ones here without family supervision cause they will become septic cause the care team is hot garbage and hygiene is a problem. Negligence all around. Pure negligence. I've got pictures for proof as well. Consider yourselves lucky if I don't file a lawsuit myself.
