Tuve a mi hija en Baptist Health Medical Center Little Rock en marzo y la atención fue increíble. Desde enfermería hasta el personal de limpieza, todos fueron muy amables y atentos. La Dra. Green fue excepcional: me hizo sentir en confianza, me explicó todo con paciencia y estuvo al pendiente en cada momento. En especial quiero agradecer a la enfermera del turno de la noche, fue súper amable y me cuidó muchísimo durante toda la noche. Gracias a todo el equipo de maternidad
The ONLY saving grace of this being 1 star was the absolute angels of nursing staff I had because everyone and everything else was absolutely abhorrent. I was admitted with pneumonia and a partially collapsed lung from St. Mary's in Russellville, AR, because Baptist had the specialty doctors who could do my thoracentesis procedure for me. Despite being told there was room, I sat in the ER for almost 9 hours before having a room on the Oncology floor coming from a 6 hour stay at my local ER in Russellville. My mom was put in the ICU here for DKA and the team was so amazing that she kept telling me how wonderful the nurses and staff were while she was there. Thank you so much for helping my mom recover!
Was told by my PCP office that my doctor for years had dropped me since I haven't had to go to a doctor recently. That I would have to start as a new patient and that someone would call me. No one ever called me. Now looking outside of the Baptist Health system for a new PCP.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hospital. I came in with serious symptoms including heart palpitations, vomiting, lightheadedness, dizziness, and shortness of breath. After explaining all of this, I was only briefly called back after 35-40min for an EKG and bloodwork, then sent right back to the lobby with no treatment or update.
