I checked in at 8:45 for a 9:00 EGD. I was immediately escorted to the pre op room and undressed and put in a gown. I had not eaten nor had anything to drink since 6:00 the previous day. No one communicated with me. At about 12:00 I complained to a nurse that I had a bad headache. I got no help. I asked about the delay but was given no answer. Highly DO NOT recommend respectfully, worse hospital I’ve seen. Unprofessionalism at its best.
I have had two procedures done at Baptist Health Medical Center-Conway that I had to stay overnight and received excellent care from the time I entered the hospital until the time I went home. I was treated with dignity and care by everyone. Thanks very much!!!! Larry Curran Conway, Arkansas
