He was very good to me the years he was my Dr but i moved away for 12 years and hope he takes me back as a patient....i will be back to Louisville soon.
They call me an hour and a half before they close while I m at work an hour sway for me to come in for a pill count. I was discharged because I couldn t make it in time. I understand there are people who abuse and sale pills but what about the rest of us who really need help. I do not recommend this place to anyone. On top of that they are very rude and impatient . I left there angry and vulnerable every time I left . They make you feel worthless.
He is a great doctor and cares about all his patients, he just has to many for one man. You will sit in his office for 3-5 hrs before seeing him. I have waited as long as 5.5 hours. Its crazy to wait that long. Like I said he is good but he needs to get another doctor in there with him. Either that or not schedule as many appts. in one day.

I have become disappointed within the past year. The waiting room, exam room, even the bathroom were filthy. The office seems to be unprofessional. It took two day to get someone to answer to schedule an appt. with a voice message, didnt return calls, then another week to get the appt. and after working 14 hrs i had to sit for 3 hours just in the waiting room, exam room for over an hr. for what...10 min of The DR.s time...The billing is another issue, apparently they dont send notifications of balances due...seems when offic... read more
Great doctor. He has a great bedside manner and staff. His PA is also very reputable. I always prefer to see the physician, but in his office, I feel confident enough to see the PA.
Love it! You see one doctor... Dr. Simon... hes amazing. Friendly, intelligent and he listens to your concerns. The well and sick waiting areas are clean. Ive never had to wait more than 10 minutes.His support staff are a great bunch of people!
We were very pleased with our overall experience at the hospital. The labor and delivery nurses were very encouraging and warm. The recovery nurses were quick to help, and the lactation consultant was WONDERFUL! Classes are offered through the hospitals website and are great for those nervous about their upcoming labor.
