I am a patient for the obgyn department here at Baptist La Grange. I find the woman in this office so understanding, patient, kind, and wonderful. I have had the worst illness of my life while pregnant, I truly have never felt worse in my life and my husband recalls feeling like months I was no longer alive or present because of how debilitating, consuming, and traumatizing it has been. My wife has had the worst experience. Horrible communication with office, never calls back, unable to schedule appointments for weeks while being full term. Spoken with office manager to resolve issues, no change. No communication between doctors and office staff. Left a feeling of negligent, emergency line did not work when my wife went into labor. Extremely poor experience.
