The woman who works the front desk has to be the nastiest woman I have ever met in my life. She talks over and interrupts. I would rather not have PT then deal with Mary Beth.
Just FYI, the Baptist Health Physical Therapy locations only accept Medicaid if it's a secondary insurance. If you only have Medicaid, they cannot take you as a patient.
I had a first rate experience here. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the therapist (PT - Andrew and OT - Beth) are. I made such progress and enjoyed my interaction with both. If I ever need anything again I would choose Baptist Health Pysical Therapy LaGrange with no hesitation.
