My wife and I spent about 5 hours at LaGrange Hospital ER last night. My wife was having excruciating abdominal pain and vomiting, she pretty knew it was a kidney stone due to her history with them. When we arrived, we were immediately taken back to a room, her first nurse was extremely attentive, constantly checking on her to make sure she was okay and if she needed anything. The staff is VERY attentive and professional but the room is FREEZING cold. Crazy cold.
They kept contacting my husbands phone about somebody we dont know at all and then they had a debt collector contacting his phone also for that same person we dont know!! So they either collected wrong information at check in of that patient or they let people use other peoples information. We never been to this hospital!! Or even heard of it until he got a call also if the main hospital couldnt reach the said person to begin with you probably shouldnt send it to collections with the same information
They don't care about their patient's. They would rather lollygag. I bled at least 8oz and they still haven't came to my cubicle.
Yesterday, I visited the Emergency Room due to back pain and was treated by Dr. Andrade Vicentry Laureano, MD. Unfortunately, I found Dr. Laureano to be impolite and dismissive of my concerns, refusing treatment and not fully listening to my symptoms. I requested X-rays to ensure an accurate diagnosis and proper treatment plan. After the results were in, Dr. Laureano acknowledged that my request was justified. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Dr. Laureano to others.
