Dr. Thomas-Richardson was wonderful. She took the time to really get to know me, and was very thorough obtaining my history. She listened to my answers and concerns, and made me feel comfortable. She also presented several options for me to pursue.
My experience today with the nurses who provided the Prolia shot was excellent. Both understood my nerves and questions, making my first Prolia shot very easy. Highly recommend both ladies.
The receptionist checked me in promptlly. Took a total of 4 minutes for the nurse to come get me to my room. We went over the questions and said my medication was being brought by pharmacy that she would be back. Took about 3 minutes and did my shot. I was in and out within 15. Highly recommend
A very nice hospital with great caring, knowledgeable, friendly staff.
I enjoy the hospital and staff. The past 2 visits for my IVIg i waited over an hour for the medication to be sent up from the pharmacy to the floor once I was in the room. It is a big waste of my time to wait when it’s confirmed I’m coming and Ive been checked in.
