We arrived at 7:30 this morning for an MRI appointment for my 12 year old daughter. There was a mix up with the schedule and when we got there, she wasn’t on the schedule. She was on the schedule in North Little Rock. We could have never made it there in time. These 2 ladies went above and beyond to get her on the schedule this morning. Of course that includes dealing with insurance. I am SO thankful they didn’t just blow us off and make us reschedule! They fixed a mistake that wasn’t their own with smiles and empathy for us... read more
