I'm here to tell you that everybody there from the Secretary to the nurses the technicians in Dr Anderson are truly angel sent from God! They all go above and beyond and then some! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you all have done for me!
“Ball keeps getting dropped”, won’t go into much detail, but if you truly value your life/loved ones life, do your best to find another facility. Understaffed, very unorganized, and inconsiderate. Blame gets put on another person, who puts it on another, so on and so on.
Been sitting in the back waiting for Dr okeke for over an hour. This is ridiculous. Why am I making a scheduled appointment if they're not going to honor it? I understand they can get backed up, but for over an hour? I have a life and things to do today besides wait. It's going to be at least another hour with seeing her, getting new orders, copies, etc. Not cool. Dr Okeke is great. This wait is not.
My Husband received his diagnosis, December 2022. No one is ever really prepared for Cancer. But, once you know - you have to be on the ground running… How fortunate we have been - to have such a great team of physicians, nurses and staff taking care of my Husband, at the Baptist Health Floyd Cancer Center.
