I can not express how much I absolutely love this clinic!! Compassionate, Caring, and very thorough and helpful in making sure you receive the best care possible. I use the APRN, Fred Spears, but Dr Snyder and the whole office staff, nurses, lab techs and all are awesome and professional and the best!!
I’ve been with Dr. Synder for many years and he’s a great dr. Who listens and helps.
The doctor and the nursing staff are wonderful and I enjoy seeing them. And you care is excellent, but the receptionist need more experience and dealing with people. One in particular I will not mention names but she is very rude in person and over the phone. I would not go back if it wasn't for the doctor. When a person walks in there and doesn't feel good in the first place. And then the receptionist talks down to you does not make one feel any better. Before my wife, Olga Scheva met Dr. Snyder, she called him Santa Claus because of things I said about him. Now, she's gotten to know him-and still calls him that!
