all I can say it shame I been using this place for over 12 years really like DR Fred went in on Monday morning 3/09/2026 to check in and was told they DO not except my insurance any more and it would cost of two Hundred to see the doctor I WAS NEVER INFORMED OF THE CHANGE I guess it true the old saying is were nothing but number thanks Baptist
Called to schedule an appointment as a new patient. They told me they are accepting new patients but it depends on your insurance. Their website and my insurance provider confirmed they accept my insurance. You can’t cherry pick which new patients you want to accept. I will be reporting this.
Receptionist that do the scheduling here are rude, they need to have a customer service training. For the amount Baptist health charge to their pt. atlist be kind and nice to people.
I would advise anyone that values their health to not use this clinic. They did an EKG on my husband and told us that the results showed he had a blockage. They then referred us to his cardiologist with an urgent referral. So once the cardiologist requested the EKG results to view before the appointment, this office gave me the run around for an entire week and a half only to turn around and tell me that they shredded the results and didn’t scan them into my husband’s MyChart as they were obligated to.
