I just started seeing Dr. John Herring as my Primary Care Physician. He is friendly, competent, pleasant, and fit! He took time to listen, treated me well, and his staff is friendly! They are busy, but I would expect that for a good doctor who has been established in the community!

Dr. Herring is an excellent listener, critical thinker, and trustworthy healthcare provider. I’m so thankful to have him and the nurses in this office in Heber. Love the front desk staff and awesome nurses.

My husband has his PCP here and he seems to like them, but watch their billing department close. We have $0 copays for PCP and they are coding visits as a specialty Dr visit and trying to charge $35 each X2. I have already called to confirm this with my insurance

Three months ago, I was hospitalized, thinking I had food poisoning. Since then, I’ve continued having issues, so I decided to come here. I paid $85 upfront (without insurance) and spent only five minutes in the patient room before being referred to a GI specialist in Little Rock. No tests were done, no effort was made to rule out other conditions—they simply told me there was nothing they could do (but made sure to take my money first) and sent the referral, which could have been handled over the phone and free.
