We have tried to use this clinic two times and it has been awful. The first time I sent my son to this clinic for a severe stomach ache and fever and they diagnosed him with an ear infection. I wasn’t happy about the diagnosis and took him to ACH we were there for several hours and the doctor at ACH told us that my son didn’t even have fluid in his ears for that diagnosis. I would Baptist Health Clinic to anyone. Have had nothing but great customer service. Dr Mayfield is the greatest. He takes all the time you need to listen to your ailments, does not rush you at all and always wants to know if there are any questions.
I brought my son this morning because he couldn’t walk on his leg they looked at him said he was fine and gave him Mortrin. Fast forward to now and I’m sitting at ACH and he broke his hip. This place is a joke and needs to be shut down.

Shelley Payne is wonderful! When I switched to Baptist Health Family Clinic - Bryant, I was experiencing a lot of health issues with no clear answers. I needed a healthcare professional who would listen to me and my symptoms. Shelley has excellent patient care and HEARD what I was saying. She ended up finding the cause of my symptoms after just one visit and a proper referral whereas other providers/clinics dismissed some if not most of my symptoms. So happy with the care I receive at this clinic!
