what would you think about a medical practitioner who, instead of treating what's making you depressed, (severe pain & lack of sleep), & just forcibly hospitalizes you? Then, does nothing for either your pain, OR depression,? Just screws up your other meds that are working just fine?! Not going back!!
Learn the new computer system. And hire qualified help. Listen to what the patient is actually saying etc. And actually address the health needs that the patient aquired a doctor's office for.
There is not one single person on this staff that we dislike. They are all excellent at what they do. No offense to the others, but Angela goes way above and beyond the call of duty. She is the exception, not the rule.
Very fast triage assessing potential broken ankle or leg. They then arranged a quick xray at Baptist Hospital in Arkadelphia enabling a bypass of emergency room hassle and they were in telephone communication with hospital ensuring we were receiving excellent service at the hospital. Totally impressive. And, yes, the leg was broken.
Kind, friendly and just down home people. Wonderful place!
I had a wonderdul experience! Sharon took the time to contact my ins. company twice and ensure that I would not be overpaying by confirming that the ins. company was covering everything that they were supposed to. And in the past, I have had horrible experiences with having blood drawn, but Miranda was amazing! It was completely painless and not a hint of bruising the next day. Angela was also very friendly and knowledgeable, and she took the time to explain every question/concerns that I had! Thank you all so much!
