On the tenth floor, the nurses are absolutely spectacular!! Sam, Yefi, and Gentry are amazing! Such wonderful care. I also absolutely love the Bible verses everywhere! Such a positive, caring atmosphere

I have a very close friend here going through a very traumatic surgery. They told him he can only have ONE dedicated guest. They then tell him that “due to covid” that ONE guest, not multiple can only visit during 1-5pm(working hours) Can anyone that manages this facility explain the science behind covid not spreading between The hours of 1-5 PM, but being too dangerous to visit at 6 when I am off work? I was not expecting to meet a kind doctor with an attentive aura of care. He listens and he is patient and gentle. He even call up my sister to tell her i was ok and to make sure i am getting the care i need when he doesn't have the meds to stop by chest pain and admit me to the ER. He offered to drive me there but i was in too much pain to even walk so he called the ER. I followed up with him after and he gave me the correct diagnoses. I give this hospital a five star! The staff here at Baptist have been caring and have taken care of my husband. They have went above and beyond to help us out! From keeping me updated, paying for my motel for a few days, and letting me FaceTime my husband while he was on the ventilator and taking care of him and have done everything they can to get him better!
