The lady I saw today was so rude!! She literally looked at me and snapped, answer my question all while I was trying to do so. They got 2 stars bc the nurse was so sweet and the front office staff is nice.
Horrible place, I ran up there on lunch to get checked out being as I felt like I had the flu, they would not answer the phone as I was calling ahead of time to make sure they were open. As I walked up the black banner tape was up but a lady was sitting at the desk. As soon as she made eye contact and could tell I was coming to ask to be seen she BOLTED to the door and unlocked and slammed it behind her. So I thought hmm I’ll call while I was standing there. The rn is rude and good luck on then being open, 2 on a Saturday and they were closed with no signs or anything saying why.
Awful service! And wouldn’t give my child a note for school to cover the prior day even though my child was so sick they thought it was the flu!! Won’t be back!
