My first time here. They took me in immediately and put me in a bed in a single room. Some blood work and scans later, Doctor came and let me know my diagnosis after seeing the scan and I was sent home. Impeccable care. Highly efficient and professional. A++++
Going to the ER is not usually a pleasant experience, but I am just floored by how efficient, professional, kind, and compassionate the entire department was last night. From the really lovely staff members at intake to the nursing staff to the extremely patient and informative ER doc - I was blown away. All providers I encountered had exceptional bedside manner and just the process itself was so smooth. Each medical professional I worked with took their time to explain things and truly made me feel cared for. Thank you!
