I was on time for my appointment and was called within 10 minutes of my arrival. My tech was very professional and competent. None of my images needed to be repeated. I got the results in the reading from the radiologist before leaving the facility. I love that. I didn’t have to worry for days on end waiting to get an email or a letter in the mail. And that gave me great comfort. I’ve had great experiences with Baptist
I was very pleased with the service and attention I received at this facility the wait was not long, and when I got in the tech was excellent. I was in and out in probably 10 minutes or less
From start to finish 15 minutes! I made an appointment for my annual mammogram at the Deerfield location. Everyone was very efficient and courteous. Particularly Roxie who was extremely kind and thoughtful for this dreaded painful exam. Results were phoned to me by EOD as promised.
Dr Schwartz was wonderful spending time with us not rushing
