I had a great experience at Baptist Health Diagnostic Imaging in Boynton Beach. The front desk staff, especially Karen and Ray, were welcoming, professional, and made the check-in process quick and easy. CT tech Carolina was wonderful, kind, patient, and explained everything clearly, which really helped me feel comfortable. Thank you all for providing such excellent care!
I was late for my appointment I was originally told to have it done at the Hospital where my surgery will be performed but the young lady at the desk was most cordial and took care of me immediately. She arranged for my X-rays to be handled and I was in and out in 15 minutes. I could not have asked for better service. A true 5 star treatment
