I was highly disappointed. The radiologist decided not to perform what my provider requested which was an ultrasound. I was unable to do a mammogram due to my breast being tender and having knots in my breast from the result of a car wreck. The radiologist declined what was “Provider requested” to do an ultrasound because I could not do a mammogram. The answer the radiologist gave me was wait until I could do a mammogram. I cannot possibly think of a better facility for imaging or whatever you have to have done. The caregivers are extremely!!! nice and incredibly efficient. You will start off with the wonderful “judge of first impressions” and move on to others that are just beyond nice. From the time you walk in the door until the time you leave, you will be impressed beyond belief!!!!!!!

My experience at Baptist Health was exceptional I was there for an ultrasound, I was quickly taken into a room, the ultrasound tech whom unfortunately I can’t remember her name was lovely. She brought me a heated blanket as it was very cold in there. She explained everything she was going to do prior to doing it. Very easy appointment. Everything went smoothly and on-time. I've been using this facility for many years and never had a problem with anything or anyone. The staff is wonderful and very helpful.
