I recentlš¢ went in for a sleep study. The initial call from Aimee in setting up the study was welcoming. The night I went for my sleep study in meeting Dawn who heads the department made me feel welcomed. When you come in contact with the worker who loves their job, it makes all the difference in the world and Daš š loves her job. So I just wanted to say, if you were trying to schedule your sleep study, rest assure that Dšš š will take šššš care of you. Thank you..Ā
The Gym is small and machines are dirty and moldy. The clases are poorly run and the instructors look bored and tired. The locker rooms do not have locks and the front desk is nasy and poorly trained. Skip and do not waste your time or money. The machines are close together and you can easily hurt your self or bang into some oneĀ
No one ever returns a call back after leaving several messages regarding the Patient Connect website...apparently, they just don't care..Ā
Horrible bed side manners. Forgot to send prescription. Ā Wonāt even open messages on Baptist portal or call back. He should not be a doctor if he doesnāt care.Ā

She is the family doctor paid by Baptist and it shows by the important expensive test she ordered for you while not following up on lab results or your next yearly appointment but drill you and grill you until you go get your expensive test at the hospital that obviously pays her when you get them. for shame. Find yourself another doctor.Ā
The doctor is being non-compliant with the insurance benefits and billing through himself not the facility. He charged us our $70 co-pay, which is our only obligation, then has the nerve to charge an additional $692 by wrongfully billing. I reported him to the insurance compliance and filing and appeal and will have a lawyer on him as I am not the only one he is doing this too!Ā
Although I found Dr Martinezās bedside manner to be kind and thorough the ability for him to follow through on test results and follow up is sadly under par, heās on vacation a lot and trying to get info is very challenging.
