Marissa Coyle A.P.R.N. refused to refer me to E.N.T. for the proper care of my left ear which was seriously & permanently injured almost 3 years ago She wrote a prescription for a generic Ear Cleaning Kit thats available over the counter rather than help me get the proper care needed My lefr ear canal was crushed and partially punctured in a car wreck; and when I expressed discontent with her lack of concern about this she told me to go somewhere else Absolutely ridiculous and reckless behavior
Kellye tapp is one of the best nurses there is. She is sweet, kind, loveable, and does everything for you. I can never misplace my best friend! 🩵
Better signage and directions would benefit patients
long story short, don't talk about your anxiety issues here ever if you want to keep your doctor, FYI. made the mistake of sharing with a doctor there about my mental health here and getting treated like garbage. I will always pray no one else goes thru this. If you don't believe, ask to be a patient of Ashley Utley, who, by the way, is a great doctor and woman, but watch out for her care team. I will never mention names, but be for certain they will on you. HIPPA OATH MEANS NOTHING HEAR
