Better signage and directions would benefit patients
long story short, don't talk about your anxiety issues here ever if you want to keep your doctor, FYI. made the mistake of sharing with a doctor there about my mental health here and getting treated like garbage. I will always pray no one else goes thru this. If you don't believe, ask to be a patient of Ashley Utley, who, by the way, is a great doctor and woman, but watch out for her care team. I will never mention names, but be for certain they will on you. HIPPA OATH MEANS NOTHING HEAR
Their service used to be great, now you can't get them to answer the phones to schedule appointments, when you leave a message, they don't call you back. It's gotten ridiculous. I've called 3 times today and they won't answer and I left a voicemail yesterday and they haven't responded. Terrible service
